Refund policy

We're so sorry to hear that something is wrong with your order.

If we make an error, we will process returns or exchanges and cover the cost of shipping if you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

If you make an error, we will process returns or exchanges, but you will cover the cost of shipping back to us, and then back to you. Your return credit will include tax, but will be less the cost of shipping to you (both ways). You must contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds/exchanges will only be made if the bandana is still in new condition.

Customized items are not eligible for returns unless there was an error on our part.
